Delivery Information

We are away on holiday from Thursday 12th August to Friday 20th August. Everything will be shipped upon our return back in......

COVID-19 ----- Please note we are running as normal during this emergency and have put in place procedures to make a safe environment for our staff. We have also extended our returns to 60 days. 

We ship same day if order before 1pm Mon-Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Economy Service - Within 5 days (Courier delivers Mon - Sat) £2.95
Standard Service - 2 days (Courier delivers Mon - Sat)  £3.45
Express Service - 1 day (Courier delivers Mon - Sat) £3.95

For example if you order after 1pm on a Friday using Express service you will receive Tuesday, before 1pm it would be Saturday.

We are unable to offer express service to the following postcodes: BT,IV,AB,PA,PH,ZE,KA,KW,GY, JE we will have to use a standard service.

All the services we use are Tracked, you can specify a safe place should you not be in, however by doing so you are taking full liability for the parcel should it get lost on delivery.


Re: Discounts

Please note we are currently running a campaign where if you spend over £50 on full priced items you receive 10% off each item. If you were to return any of the items and total order value is no longer over £50.00 you will no longer be eligible for the discount and you will be refunded accordingly.

If you wish to return your item we will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalable condition.

Please note that the return delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer, as is the item until we have received it. We recommend that you send your return back via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage until we have notified you that we have dealt with your request.

All shoes must be returned in their original shoe boxes to ensure a successful refund otherwise they will be deemed insaleable. Therefore posting your item back to us please place your shoe box in an outer bag or box for protection. Please do not stick stamps or sellotape on the shoe box. 

Once we have received your item back, please allow 1-3 business days for your request to be processed. We try to process returns the same day we receive them but this is not always possible. We will notify you via email once we have opened your parcel and processed your request. If you have requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped out in the next available post and if you have requested a refund this will credited to the original method of payment you used. Please note that all returns will be inspected before any request is processed.

If we find your return to be worn, tampered with or in an otherwise non-resalable condition we will not be able to accept them for a refund or exchange and will have to ask you for a postage payment to send the item back to you. To avoid damage to the item while it is in your care please try them on a carpeted floor only and keep away from pets or anything, which may cause a strong odour.
