For next working day courier we use Interlink Express, they will give full tracking to your email and mobile number if provided. They will also give an hour’s delivery time so you’re not waiting in. Please note they do not deliver at weekends or bank holidays. They also wont deliver to following postcodes: BT,IV,AB,PA,PH,ZE,KA,KW,GY, JE and we will have to use alternative services that may not be 24 hour.
For International Customers We dispatch items as quickly as we can but we cant guarantee delivery times due to customs regulations in your country, we can only estimate delivery dates. Unfortunately once the item leaves us it’s out of our hands the delivery times so please be patience especially in busy times of year. We add tracking to all orders please see www.royalmail.com. If you are concerned with the progress of your delivery please contact us directly.
If you authorise delivery to another address or safe place we cant take responsibility if the parcel is misplaced. Therefore we advise to re arrange delivery or collect from local depot.
If an item is returned to sender we are charged by delivery companies and therefore we have to pass this charge onto the customer.
If you wish to return your item we will happily accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in a resalable condition.

Please note that the return delivery cost is the responsibility of the customer, as is the item until we have received it. We recommend that you send your return back via a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that get lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage until we have notified you that we have dealt with your request.
All shoes must be returned in their original shoe boxes to ensure a successful refund. Therefore posting your item back to us please place your shoe box in an outer bag or box for protection. Please do not stick stamps or sellotape on the shoe box.
If you are a UK customer and notify us about returning your item under the Distance Selling Regulations within 14 days of receipt we will refund you the original delivery charge. Anything received outside this time bracket will be a refund of the cost of the shoes only.
Once we have received your item back, please allow 1-3 business days for your request to be processed. We try to process returns the same day we receive them but this is not always possible. We will notify you via email once we have opened your parcel and processed your request. If you have requested an exchange, your new item will be shipped out in the next available post and if you have requested a refund this will credited to the original method of payment you used. Please note that all returns will be inspected before any request is processed.
If we find your return to be worn, tampered with or in an otherwise non-resalable condition we will not be able to accept them for a refund or exchange and will have to ask you for a postage payment to send the item back to you. To avoid damage to the item while it is in your care please try them on a carpeted floor only and keep away from pets or anything, which may cause a strong odour.
For International Customers please be aware we only refund the cost of the shoes and we are unable to exchange for free, the delivery cost to ship back to you will need to be paid for by yourselves.
We do try and inspect all shoes before dispatching but we are only human so if you feel an item is faulty or not as described please contact us on email@example.com to resolve any issue.
